The bracket needs to be modified to fit the 4thgen Nissan Maxima. It’s not direct bolt-on but can be made to work as seen below.

My Racing Line End Links finally have up again for the second time. So I decided to switch over to the Moog. I got the fronts for about $50 from Advanced Auto Part using an online coupon code. Don’t get me wrong, the racing line ones were good for the time they lasted. I just didn’t expect them to break off like which is very dangerous on the highway and can cause you to lose control.

After swapping my 1998 4thgen Nissan Maxima with a 2020 Gen3 VQ35DE engine, I was not able to use a strut bar. But thanks to some information from Josh and Blandon, I was able to try a 6thgen Maxima Stillen strut bar and to my surprise, it fits 100%. Fits perfect and has no hood clearance issues. This strut bar should work with any VQ35DE swapped 4thgen. No modifications are needed.

Did my z32 brake conversion. I have a 1996 gloria, with the vq30det. I only needed to add one tiny washer for spacing, I’m pleased. My heat Shields were already gone, and I used the 240 conversion lines. I did not have to trim bolts, or sleeves, or anything. I used the 30mm aluminum calipers. The factory calipers are so much smaller! I’ll do the rears eventually, the rotors back there are new from the PO in Japan.
