Many Maxima owners use B & Q Quality Axle for their Axle rebuilds Maxima’s. We wanted to share this information for those who live in NYC and want to get their Axle’s rebuilt.
Pricing for each Axle rebuild is between $60-$75 bucks. If you do no have a CORE axle, the price will be slightly higher (around $90…$120 for the beefier setup). It takes anywhere between 30 mins to an hour for the rebuild. It all depends on how busy the shop is that day. He goes by the name of “Chinaman”.

For anyone who uses or has figured out the ATI damper [machined to fit FWD offsets], the belt size is 1/4″ to 1/2″ shorter than stock. With an HR swap, you must ensure that the power steering pump can move the full range on the adjuster. If it does not loosen to the bottom, you haven’t trimmed the new power steering pump ear enough on the HR inner timing cover.

- Sharing what I found upon my search for a OEM switch to control power folding side mirrors.
This was installed on my 04 i35. - My 98 Max I used the generic push button switch that came with the mirrors.
- Switch works for mirror adjustment as it should but orientation of switch is vertical vs horizontal as you will see in vid.
- Also the power fold switch is a rocker switch so if ya want to use a aftermarket rocker switch that will work fine like what Eddy Perez shared https://www.my4dsc.com/universal-toggle-switch-for-cefiro-mirrors/
- Nissanparts.cc was the cheapest I found and it’s just a Nissan dealer in WA which had the best price vs other dealers if ya Google search the part number 25570-4M410.
This appears to come from OEM ’99-’02 Nissan S15 Power Mirror Control Switch.
